Usually sogo workers don't use minutes to complete a request.
DO you use ActiveSync?
If yes, did you read and understand

If not, you can use "SOGoDebugRequests = YES;" in sogo.conf in order
to get start and end execution times of your requests.
Then look for slow ones.
Thank you. No, I don't use ActiveSync. I backtracked and checked what
was recently changed in my infrastructure. A week before I made a few
changes at DNS resolution to fix issues in Postfix, and guess what - it
seems to have broken SOGo, although I am not sure why. Anyway, after
adding the relevant names to /etc/hosts, everything is working fine again.
People joke that "It's always DNS". I wonder why ;-)
