The INFO and WARN messages below are telling me that you already have a
broker running on the machine with the same configuration. That other broker
has the default message store locked and is currently bound to the JMX port
of 1099.   

INFO  faultPersistenceAdapterFactory - Journal is locked... waiting 10
seconds for the journal to be unlocked.
WARN  ManagementContext              - Failed to start jmx connector: Cannot
bind to URL [rmi://localhost:1099/jmxrmi]:
javax.naming.NameAlreadyBoundException: jmxrmi [Root exception is
java.rmi.AlreadyBoundException: jmxrmi]
