Oracle BPEL JMS adapter configuration for ActiveMQ

Does anyone have an example of how to configure an Oracle BPEL adapter
for JMS to use ActiveMQ?  Specifically, what factory properties to
provide and any other tips for completing the adapter configuration
wizard successfully.
