Unless I'm doing something foolish, CmsTemplate.h and some related headers are not installed in activemq-cpp-2.2 in $prefix/activemq/cmsutil by make install. It looks like a patch to Makefile.am should do the trick. I can probably do that next week, if nobody else can get to it. If so, should I copy the patch to this list?
