sorry for the late reply. I have not tried that myself for now,
but one way to achieve what you want is to use virtual topics.
Instead of durable subscribers you would be using queue consumers.
Then you could simply apply a deadLetterStrategy to those queues.
If  I understood correctly, that should get yoy what you want.
