o....found solution turn off activemq managementcontext:
<managementContext createConnector="false"/> and enable remote JMX connections to the JMX connector by adding startup arguments to jboss startup script: -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote=true -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=1090 -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false Though I don't know why need to add this.
