I am trying to build ActiveMQ-CPP with with VC++ 2010 Express and Windows SDK 7.1. VC++ Express has all the tools in normal VS sans the IDE. But I am not sure where to start. I've built APR and friends. How do I set up so they can be found by ActiveMQ-CPP build process?
