I am sorry this has caused you trouble... Hawtio was removed from ActiveMQ's distribution. There are no plans at this stage to reintroduce it.
You can look to deploy it separately. There has been a lot of attention to the console, including bug fixed and improvements to the existing console. Perhaps they will help meet any of your needs.
