In the Mapping of REST to JMS <http://activemq.apache.org/rest.html#REST-MappingofRESTtoJMS> section, the NOTE clearly states that /The example below requires servlet mapping on the URL/. Could someone please provide an example of how to configure the servlet mapping (in jetty.xml?) for the http://www.acme.com/orders/input example? Many thanks!
