Yes, there is a queue on Broker A called TEST with 1 message on it.

We have a consumer connect to Broker B and listen on TEST.

I see nothing on Broker A, TEST queue via JConsole that a consumer is listening.

I do see on Broker B that the consumer created the queue called TEST, but the 
message from Broker A is not forwarded to it.
