The issue was the "&" character to add parameter in the URL, if I use "&", it's ok, so the kind of URL is : jms.redeliveryPolicy.initialRedeliveryDelay=10000&jms.redeliveryPolicy.redeliveryDelay=20000&brokerConfig=xbean:activemq.xml
