This behavior sounds likely to be a bug in Replicated LevelDB, so I encourage you to submit a bug report in JIRA describing the issue. Make sure you include your configuration information and a description of how to reproduce the problem, hopefully with the minimum set of configuration and steps necessary to reproduce the problem (eliminate anything that's not relevant to the problem at hand, otherwise the person who investigates it might waste time going down the wrong path).
