Hello

running a broker on arm is not so desirable IMHO.
But deploying ActiveMQ clients there, connecting to a broker on a "real"
machine worked fine, hen I've tried it.

Hi there,

I haven't seen any specific documentation about running ActiveMQ "Classic"
on ARM and all I could find for Artemis was this blog about running it on
a Raspberry Pi:
https://www.dontesta.it/en/2021/02/15/activemq-artemis-easy-docker-creation-also-for-arm/

Out of curiosity, I just tried ActiveMQ "Classic" on an EC2 t4g.small
instance (Arm-based AWS Graviton2 processors) and I was able to start the
broker, send some messages and browse the console no problem. I don't know
if there are any limitations but it seems to just work out of the box.

Good luck!
Lucas
