You're almost certainly hitting ARTEMIS-3677 [1]. It appears you migrated recently so I would have expected you to use a more recent version than 2.19.0 (which was released almost 8 months ago). You'll need to move to at least 2.21.0 although 2.22.0 would be better. Keep in mind that 2.23.0 is in the voting process now so it should land soon.
