One way to start is to download and set up Apache Airavata and see how it 
works. I recommend grabbing the master branch or dev branch from our Git 
repository. See http://airavata.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ for how to do a full 
installation, which includes some related components.   The next thing to do is 
start digging into the code and asking questions, complaining, etc.  The 
dev@airavata list is the better list for these types of discussions.

You can also browse our Jira for open issues, but it is better for you to 
create your own issues.
