Hi Murali, As for now, you can view all the groups but can only edit groups either you are an Admin of or the owner of. Although you could view the names of the group, you cannot view the users of them or do any changes.
Whether we want to continue it is up to discussion. Personally, I would prefer to see the groups I am a member, admin or owner of.
