Duplicate User Groups and Group resource profile deletion via WRITE access

Hi,


On https://django.staging.seagrid.org/ environment:


1.Multiple Test User groups with same name can be created. Is this a desired 
functionality?


2.While testing Group Resource Profile page, I found that users with write 
access are also able to delete a Group Resource Profile. Are the non-OWNERS 
allowed to do this operation?
