Hi, I implemented the THREAD command a while ago, but it doesn't work. I have a mailbox where it causes an infinite loop.
However, I'm not going to fix it. I have since come to believe that the design of that IMAP extension is misguided. Gmail does it right, RFC 5256 does it wrong. So instead of working on it, I'm disabling that command today. I'm leaving the code in, so anyone who likes it better than I do can have a go at fixing it. Instead I'm writing the 'changes' list for the next release. At last. Arnt
