That can be done. It'll be a little bit tricky.
Basically, you create a custom user with a couple of mailboxes, and grant
everyone the appropriate access to those mailboxes (see aox.org/acl/).
You'll need two groups and about fix ACL rules. Then you add aliases in the
smarthost to divert all incoming mail from the regular accounts to the
special user, and turn on submit-copy-to-sender.
Also I see with my experience in the aox users archives access
that read messages are flagged unread each time you access the
archive , would I have the same occur in the above scenario?
That happens because you have no rights to change the archives.aox.org
database. As a logged-in user on your own database, you have the right to
set (or clear) the Seen flag (assuming everyone has the w flag with aox
setacl).
