Hi,

this requires both status-in-list and the x-guid foo. x-guid is simple, 
just return the mailboxes.id column formatted as a GUID with lots of 
zeroes. But status-in-list is a bit more, RFC5819. Should be 100-300 lines 
of code.

I'm sure noone else is doing this.
