Could those bugs be related, which happen several per a day

?Error while connecting to IMAP server and reading root folder,
because: EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:645)
Unlikely.
This change affects negotiation; the server refuses to speak SSLv2. The
error you see says that someone is closing the connection without any
foreplay. If you use SSLv2 you'll see a problem straight away, not later,
so the two should not be related.
Aox will close connections in some circumstances, fairly rare I think. It's
the best way out of some odd corners. Clients have to handle it because
both gmail and various middleboxes do it, and sometimes the server cannot
go on. (If you want an example: If one client deletes mail while another
has that mailbox open, then there exist IMAP clients for which the protocol
offers no possible legal response.)
