aox vacuum fails, for obvious reasons... maybe it could run as the aoxsuper account

Hello all,

Summer heat was sending me down the rabbit hole of chasing some badly behaving
processes consuming too much CPU and heating up my home office, and I stumbled
upon a situation where a couple CPU cores of my server were pegged at near 100%
for a long period of time (days, or longer!) but I never really noticed because
the system was perfectly responsive otherwise. The cause was Aox which appeared
to have orphaned a couple queries which were running indefinitely.

I didn't capture those specific queries as I assumed it was a one-off bug
caused by something I may have done: restarting Aox in the middle of some
operation, a backup script syncing mails from another account perhaps dying,
etc.

I implemented a quick fix that I was pretty sure would solve it and passed a
note to Myke about the strange behavior I witnessed.

ALTER ROLE aox SET statement_timeout = 60000;

Myke responded that he's been experiencing this problem, and my
statement_timeout change fixed it for him as well!

I'm reverting that local change so I can capture it again and will share it
with the list for further debugging when it rears its head again...
