This might be a lot of work since we're not supporting Struts 1.x in
2.0. Generating ActionForms and dealing with XDoclet is too much of a
pain IMO.
I should say - if someone else contributes the code for Struts 1.x and
is willing to maintain and document it, we'd be happy to support it.
