You should be able to use XML entity includes like we do for
config.xml and login.xml in web-tests.xml.

The fact that dbunit uses a single XML file to do it's inserts has become a

Is there any way to split sample-data.xml into more than one file?

I tried to use the http://www.w3.org/2001/XInclude namespace (see the
http://www.zvon.org/xxl/XIncludeTutorial/Output/example2.html Zvon site
example ) but this doesn't seem to work.
