Yep, it appears my ISP is having some issues. They host
raibledesigns.com, appfuse.org and dev.appfuse.org - so it's a major
outage as far as AppFuse is concerned. The good news is the tutorials
are included with AppFuse downloads (http://appfuse.dev.java.net). As
far as AppFuse 2.0 goes, you're somewhat SOL. My ISP says they're on
the phone right now trying to resolve the problem.
