[appfuse-user] Where is the Logout.jsp mentioned in security.xml in appfuse 1.9.4 located?

1. I can't find the logout.jsp mentioned in the Acegi security config
file, where is it located?
    Is it in a jar somewhere? 
 
2. Also I am have problems invalidating the session and so
   a user is not being forced back to the login screen they go directly
to main. Any ideas?
   I have the logoutFilter configured in the acegi security file.
