Is this in struts 2.0.5's pom.xml? It should be:
http://maven.apache.org/general.html#tools-jar-dependency
I recently fixed the native2ascii plugin to have this since it didn't work
on OS X. If they do have this in 2.0.5 final - you should enter a bug for
it.
