One more encoding problem. Currently "zh" and "zh_CN" are using UTF-8 with Signature, that signature will cause native2ascii to generate an extra "\ufeff" at the beginning. Therefore cause the system can't match the first key (user.status). Change to UTF-8 without Signature will fix this.
How? I used Notepad++ to change them to UTF-8. Matt
