If you use Ant from the command-line, everything should work fine.  Using
Eclipse to build Struts Resume is currently not supported.  However, you
should be able to use Ant from inside Eclipse.

I am using the eclipse apache tomcat plugin, but I can't figure out why it
is looking for the applicationContext-database.xml in my eclipse
directory.
