You can click on 'search' button in the toolbar
- Input the word that do you want to replace
- Click the 'Replace...' button 
- After Eclipse found all accurrences, you need to configure you search &
replace

If you want to replace words in an alone file, you can use Ctrl+F, this
allow you replace words in the current file
