Thanks for all the replies so far. It is obvious that there are some good hosts, but it is never as cheap as PHP. You can get PHP hosting for only 1 euro/month (http://www.1eurohosting.be/default.php?page=webhosting&set_language=en). Maybe I just need to learn PHP :)
