If you comment out the <filter-mapping> from web.xml, does it render
correctly?  If so, then it's probably something to do with the
decorator or sitemesh.xml.

frameset on appfuse. But if i try sample project from SiteMesh it does
render frameset correctly, if correct decorators are setup for pages.

Any clues, besides sitemesh why it would not render frameset on appfuse?
