We've had quite a few discussion on this list about PermGen errors. I'd suggest searching http://appfuse.org/forums to see some solutions. There's one post that details how to tune your settings. I switched to using JRockit on my Windows machine and that seemed to solve a lot of OOM issues as well.
Last I want to thank you for this great Appfuse. It really helps a lot. I always learn something from appfuse and this forum.
