Have you googled for "gwt jetty". You might ask on the Jetty lists. There's also a Tomcat Maven Plugin that allows tomcat:run, but I don't believe it monitors for reloads.

However, when running in Jetty (mvn jetty:run), all the GWT cache files (*.cache.html) are not executed and Firefox asks if I want to download these files.
