I don't believe the tool you're asking for exists. However, I have put a list of commonly used commands on the following page:

You also might want to read about the Build Lifecycle: http://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-the-lifecycle.html I believe all of the lifecycle commands are available when using the M2 Eclipse Plugin.
