The rar is not corrupted, at least I can open it. Anyway, the version in it will not work with the current library versions and some minor modifications are nedded to get it working.
Are you using Appfuse-1.9.x or AppFuse-2? I implemented ACLs on AppFuse-2 starting from this tutorial, but with some modifications (removing generics again) it should work on AppFuse-1.9.x, too. I'll probably copy the documentation I wrote on my public Wiki and/or (if Matt is interested in having it there) on the AppFuse-Wiki, too.
