What version of AppFuse are you using? For Ant, there's a schemaexport task that allows you to do this. For Maven, there's a hibernate3-maven-plugin.

I work by generating the database tables and then generate pojos and .hbm files. Now all i have left are the pojo class files and the .hbm files, is there any way i can create the database from this?
