Yes, these will need to be processed if they're in your project.
However, since the default is that they are "merged" in , they should
already be processed. If you're using full-source, this may be a bug.

This may be a bug, but not according to the documentation.

includes        String  comma- or space-separated list of patterns of files
that must be included. All files are included when omitted

Maybe they all need to be on the same line?
