What version of AppFuse are you using? If it's 2.0 M5, it's as simple
as adding a @WebService annotation to your interface and something
like the following to your implementation:

@WebService(serviceName = "UserService", endpointInterface =
"org.appfuse.service.UserManager")

We should probably write up a "Web Services" tutorial as part of the
Services tutorial. If you'd like to enter an issue for this, I'll make
sure it happens before RC1. If you want RC1 to happen faster, feel
free to create the page yourself and I'll be happy to review it.
