Let us know the nature of the problem, and we can probably help. If you have Maven correctly installed, AppFuse should run from the Command Prompt without problems (on Windows).
If you have Candy for AppFuse installed correctly, along with the Maven2 plugin in Eclipse, AppFuse should work within Eclipse without problems. It really boils down to a correct installation of Maven to get it to run.
