No i didnt tried hibernate converter...
How can i write the hibernate converter? my latest dwr.xml is like this..

<create javascript="userManager" creator="spring">
<include method="getUserbyPractice"/>
</create>
<convert match="org.securedmd.com.model.User"
converter="bean"></convert>
<convert match="org.securedmd.com.model.Address"
converter="bean"></convert>
<convert match="org.securedmd.com.model.Role"
converter="bean"></convert>
</allow>
i read that article which u pointed , but not able to get more information.
Would u please provide sufficient information to incorporate dwr in my web
app?
