Solution 2 seems to be to much complicated for me. so a little timer.

The error you are seeing is because ACEGI re-routes your request to
the login page. There are several possible solutions. Two are:
1) As we have done embed a timer with a popup on the page that
triggers before the session expiry and re-directs the user to the
login page.
2) Provide a separate web filter chain in the sercurity config that
returns a 403 error instead of trying to re-direct to the login page.
Your callback function would have to handle the error and re-direct
the user to the login page.
