Hmmm, OK. I have the following in the "properties" element of my "dev"
profile in my profiles.xml:
<hibernate.show_sql>true</hibernate.show_sql>
<hibernate.use_sql_comments>true</hibernate.use_sql_comments>
Can't say now where I got them from, or even if they work. FWIW,
googling "hibernate.show_sql" turns up a lot of hits, including lots of
references to its use in pom properties.
If it does work, I think it's a great idea because as I said in the
previous email, it's nice to be able to specify this kind of logging for
your dev environment and not for your production environment without
having to remember to manually change it before making a production build.
