I have been using poEdit for some PHP/gettext work that I am doing,
but as far as Java is concerned,
If what you get out of the box in Eclipse isn't to your taste, I
remember that Exadel Studio (which I no longer use) had some
additional tools for editing property files - but it wasn't exactly
computer assisted translation. I don't know if this functionality is
still around now that the product has become RedHat Developer Studio.
I guess what you're looking for though is something beyond
a .properties editor application, and something that involves a degree
of Comptuer Aided Translation?
Have you tried Open Language Tools? https://open-language-tools.dev.java.net/
Heartsome CAT http://www.heartsome.net/ (Cross-platform/Swing,
Commercial)
DejaVu may also do the job - http://www.atril.com/ (Windows only,
commercial)
There are also some web tools out there:
Translate & Pootle http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/
