Java 6 is known to be faster than Java 5. However, there have been
issues with AppFuse on Java 6 that have been fixed by reverting to
Java 5. I'm currently unaware of any specific issues, so it *might*
work. I'd try installing Java 6 locally and running "mvn clean
install" from the top-level to see if everything passes. If it does,
I'd ask them to upgrade.
