Hi everyone, First of all I'd like to say that appfuse ist just an amazing idea as a project skeleton and I can think of a number of projects I will probably be going to apply it to in the near future.
Anyway, I followed the quickstart guide and I got stuck trying out hibernate. I've been working with hibernate3 in a while now, but for some reason I can't find the GenericDao in the package appfuse provided. Just to trace back my steps: First, I did a "mvn archetype:create -DarchetypeGroupId=org.appfuse.archetypes -DarchetypeArtifactId=appfuse-basic-jsf blablabla..." Build went fine... I tweaked pom.xml to my needs and ran mvn from the directory maven created me just before. It created a database scheme and everything went just fine. I can deploy the application, login, logout, sign up... The testcases went fine, too. After that I ran mvn install eclipse:eclipse - Build went fine, took almost 3 minutes though fetching jars... So. Is there a need to download the API? There is no package org.appfuse.dao... Am I doing something terribly wrong? Regards from germany and thanks in advance.
