so, ok I understand that I need my core, the dependency etc. I've tried skinny war, but it doesn't exclude my core jar (all the others yes). And I think it's because the core module is not actually a jar in the subproject !!! It look like if it becomes a jar in the subproject during generation after the other jar exclusion: - excluding jar (all the jars presents in WEB-INF/lib) - compile dependencies (the core) - compile subproject - include dependencies (the core) - generating war any idea ?
