Different email clients handle threads differently. In Zimbra (which is what I
use) the threads are based on the subject line. It appears your reply subject
is slightly different than the original message ("gothrough" rather than "go
through"). That was enough of a difference for Zimbra to think they are not
related messages.
Other clients tag messages as part of a thread and use those tags to keep
threads together even when the subject changes.
Funny thing is I answered the same question as you did, because Zimbra didn't
show me there was already a reply that answered the question. ;)
