At the moment I just copied the code for FileUpload and FileUploadController
that I got from "appfuse:full-source" and added the missing functionallity
from BaseFormController in MyUploadController.
But I thought that it would be "nicer" (though not really necessary) to spare
that copy of already implented logic and reuse your BaseFormController and
FileUpload classes :)
