If you're going to use war:inplace, it's probably a good idea to add these settings to your pom.xml. You might want to add it as a note after the first reference to war:inplace. I believe we've notified folks that they need to do this during upgrades, but not during regular development. I don't know if we should add it - I'd like to hear what other folks think.
